It is with heavy hearts that we share an important and difficult decision regarding the future of New Lifestyles Women Empowerment. Following the unexpected and heartbreaking passing of our beloved Executive Director and Founder, Janice Murray, the Board of Directors has taken time for deep reflection and discussion. After careful consideration, we have made the decision to formally dissolve New Lifestyles.

This decision was not made lightly. Janice was the heart and driving force of this organization. Her vision, leadership, and passion guided every step of our work, and her loss leaves a void that cannot be filled. While we explored potential paths forward, the Board ultimately agreed that dissolving the organization honors the unique legacy Janice built and allows us to close this chapter with gratitude and grace.

We are profoundly grateful for your support, generosity, and partnership throughout the years. Your belief in our mission made a meaningful impact on countless lives, and together, we achieved things we are incredibly proud of.

As we move through the formal dissolution process, we will ensure all commitments are honored with transparency and integrity. Any remaining funds will be distributed in alignment with our mission and in accordance with nonprofit law. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or memories you'd like to share. Though this chapter ends, Janice's spirit and the work we’ve done together will continue to inspire all of us in the years to come.
